If you’re an advanced freediver who wants to learn how to fine-tune your training so that you can approach elite freediving levels, then this course is for you. This course includes theory, pool and open water.

ADVANCED

After your Freediver course, this is designed to refine and improve your freediving skills, allowing you to progress while learning how your body performs during apnea. This course includes theory, pool and open water.

INSTRUCTOR

Becoming a PADI Freediver Instructor lets you take your passion for freediving to the next level. During the course you will cover multiple freediving topics via theory, pool and open water sessions.

MOLCHANOVS COURSES

LAP 1

A great first step for learning to freedive and developing solid freediving skills. You learn basic freediving principles via theory and focus on practising techniques in a pool. Basic pool only course.

WAVE 1

A great first step for learning to freedive and developing solid freediving skills. You learn basic freediving principles via theory and focus on practising techniques in a pool before going to open water.

WAVE 2

After Wave/Lap 1, this course and is designed to refine and improve your freediving skills, allowing you to progress while learning how your body performs during apnea. This course includes theory, pool and open water.

Junior / KIDS

COURSES

4-7 Years

Children slowly get comfortable floating in the water, surface swimming, and duck diving. As they get more proficient, they learn the front crawl and backstroke. Advanced students will experience STA/DYN/DYNB, all with very short and manageable breath-hold times and distances.

8-11 Years

Children begin by learning some freediving theory and get comfortable at the surface with swimming techniques and STA/DYN/DYNB techniques. Later they learn equalization, breaststroke, and practice STA/DYN/DYNB. Advanced students will learn about sea mammals and human anatomy, how to turn in the pool, and DNF technique.

12-15 Years

Kids/Teens begin by learning freediving theory, equalization, the front crawl technique, and STA/DYN/DYNB technique. Later, they learn how to turn complete a pool turn, learn breaststroke and DNF technique, and improve their STA time. Advanced students learn about possible freediving injuries and training methods and slowly increase distances in all disciplines while working on technique.

REFRESHER

POOL

You will refresh your freediving principles and focus on practising breathhold techniques in the pool again.

OPEN WATER

You refresh your freediving principles and focus on practising techniques on a line in the open water again.
